To the Customer Support of CZeeNetworks,

My name is Jon Doe and I am an Airman in training at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas, I am writing to tell you that you need to fix the service you provide to the dormitories for the Airmen in Training here on this base. You charge a great deal of money for the services you provide and give poor service to your customers in return.

I ask that you update the infrastructure to match the demand that the base is putting on your systems. I wish to continue service with your company, but I will not pay for service that does little to no good for me. If you wish for my continued service I simply ask you do your part as a provider to make sure that the service you sell to me provides the services that I pay for.

The amount of bandwidth being demanded from your system cannot be maintained with such a large population of people accessing your service regularly. If the Wifi routers you use are old and outdated and not up to today’s standard of internet, or the system set up limits the amount of bandwidth available to be used at once, I ask that you address the issue and fix your service so that I can receive the service I pay for. As a customer I feel that you are not upholding your end of the deal to maintain the system that I and my fellow Airmen pay for.

I hope this letter finds you well, and I expect to hear back about the situation that I have brought to your attention as well as a response to what your company expects to do to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I thank you for your time and cooperation in this matter.
